Too much arguments to mention in one post, but it is possible very well that Paul just always wrote his epistles in Jewish Aramaic and had Luke (for instance) and Titus translate it to Greek for his Greek audience.
The existance of 'Maran Atha' is a smoking gun of translation of such Aramaic original.
