I want to know what does the word Shiloh mean in the book of Genesis.Is it an Aramaic word?

Shlama,
"Shiloh" in Hebrew means "his" of "of Him" or "of His".
I don't believe Aramaic uses "shel" for "of" but Hebrew does.
