As far as I know, it's not copyrighted. There are several translations of it, maybe the translation Paul posted has a copyright in conjunction with the book it was in. I have the J Rendal Harris translation, and it doesn't have a copyright assigned to it,...but who knows.
There are so many uses of the word Lord within it, and the outline is definitely after The Lord's word was complete. It most likely has the word plays that you guys find within The Peshitta, but we'll see. Gonna send out some emails and such to get some info on it, hopefully I can get a text that can be copyied so I can send some out to you, Paul and the others to evaluate.
