In the Jewish tradition the devil is called the prosecuter of mankind and is thought to have a relationship of obedience to God but in our new testament gospel teachings we are shown that the devil is nothing more than an unholy insurgent. From the perspective of Peshitta teachings what is the interpretation of our Lord's dominance over the devil? I personally believe Satan to be nothing more than a clay skeet for The Lord Jesus Christ to blast into oblivion. I mean that I consider that The Lord made the devil so he could righteously destroy him in pleasure <!-- s:bomb: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/bomb.gif" alt=":bomb:" title="The Bomb" /><!-- s:bomb: --> .
