Where can I find COE Doctrines in English

I have been looking for an Apostolic Church that did not have/use Idols and/or Icons for over 2 years now, and when I heard that that was so of the COE, I was very happy <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s -->

Please tell me where I can find MORE about the Doctrines of the COE (in English please <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/wink1.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s --> )

I am willing to do the study myself, but perhaps just one question... What is the COE Teaching in Regards of the Sabbath?
