Why is the Hebrew text of Isaiah 7 different from Peshitta which is closer to Sptuagint? According to Jewish scholars, Septuagint contains many mistranslations including Isaiah7.

Peshitta OT (Ceriani_Veteris Testamentum ) is translated from Masoretic text.
They should be identical then.
What difference did you notice exactly?

The only difference I see is at the end of Isaiah 7:9 - the Hebrew reads 'im lo tha'aminu ki lo tha'awmeinu.. likely a wordplay; yet both the Septuagint and Peshitta read 'understand'.
Perhaps you meant a different chapter?
