Western Five canon once canonic in CoE?!

OK. So I read the Nestorian crafting in Xi'an, China.
I knew Chinese and I would like to quote this to you:

This thing was written in archaic Chinese, I couldn't understand all of this.
But does it means the Church of the East once preserved 27 NT canon?
