But the first testament was not written in Hebrew? The Codex Ambrosiano (OT Peshitta) is more accurate than the version written in Hebrew?

Of course it was written in Hebrew. However, todays Bibles tend to be 'critical editions' and not just a translation of one source.
If you take the Hebrew which is from the karaites who preserved it, it is from the 10th century. The Amrosiano/Targum and Septuagint are interesting sources to compare with because all those sources often older than the 10th century, have their own qualities.
