Akhay Albion and Yaaqub,
How fitting that on the 6th of last month, Mar Yosip Cathedral in San Jose, CA was re-consecrated (please watch the beautiful video below.) Note this service is required when an unclean thing desecrates the altar area. In the past, when the Turks or Kurds would slaughter villagers and defile the churches, this service would need to be performed to cleanse the church and altar area. This is how seriously we took the presence of the "abomination that causes desolation" for the last 2 years of his hijacking the church.

Emar Li Edtha
Tell me, O Church

Where do you desire
de'Awneekh Awneekh Awneekh
That I build you, I build you, I build you?

Shall I build you upon the Sun?

(*) - rather than the more common Aramaic word for "Rock" ("Keepa"), the ancient hymnist employed the less common "Shua", as a possible wordplay with "Yeshua" (Jesus).
