Akhi Stephen, isn't "hand" written with an itinial alaph instead of a `e? So "[font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]Yxwr 0n0 M0s Kydy0b Yb0[/font]"?

I would tend to pronounce that like "Avee, b'eedhaykh sA'em 'nA rookhee," with some variation: "v" could be "b" or even "w," "dh" (as in English "the") could be "d," the "kh" in "eedhaykh" is phonologically a "k," the "kh" in "rookhee" is usually harsher than the phonological "k" and tends to be pronounced like a deep "h" in certain dialects (including the modern Western Syriac dialect), and the lower-case "a" is like the English "fat" while upper-case "A" is like "father."

Anyway, it doesn't really matter because that's written in Eastern Aramaic (aka "Syriac," the language of the Peshitta). I don't know how different it is from the Western dialect Yeshua/Jesus would have spoken, but I'm sure they would've used the square (Hebrew) script instead of Estrangela.
