Then you do not have the Spirit indwelling in you and your unable to receive the quickening that He gives to His word. The word is specific about this, in several places,....they shall speak with new tongues (languages)!! It is the witness and one of the steps of the believer, the ultimate is to receive the annointing and power to do the work that Jesus started for us.

No need to further this since your not of His, and you know nothing of this.

Go ahead and play around with GOD's word, to you it's just words. You catch only the letter.
