Shlama Akhay,

I was awed by that 'footsoldiers' entry as well, but couldn't Paul be quoting Proverbs 1:15,16?

15-"My son, do not walk in the way with them; but refrain your foot from their path;
16-For their feet run to evil, they make haste to shed blood." (Lamsa)
