Modern Greek Bible - This is a very hard pill for me to swallow when I discovered this translation at Singapore Bible Society as I am a Chinese who took the trouble to learn "Koine Greek" or "NT Greek" (and also Ancient Greek) from elementary, intermediate to advance NT Greek grammars & lexicons (and also from Spiros Zodhiates' recitation of the whole Greek NT through cassettes) in order to read the Septuagint and Greek New Testament while the Greeks are taking it easy by having "Modern Greek Bible." <!-- sHuh --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/huh.gif" alt="Huh" title="Huh" /><!-- sHuh -->

But after I read some Modern Greek grammars I begin to understand why there is a need for such a translation.
