All together at one place seems to me a tautology in the phrase.

If you are all together, you cannot be at different places right? <!-- sSmile --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/smile.gif" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><!-- sSmile -->

So I think the NIV rendering is wrong.
