I think Lord's Prayer in Aramaic is mostly known by the first words "Awan Dwashmaya", or "Abwoon Dbashmaya", i.e. Our Father _of_ Heaven. Yes, Pater Noster is "Our Father" in Latin, I used to be a member of the RCC (largest Christian denomination in the world) and that's the title of this prayer that first comes to my mind.

Re your original question - On second thought, "d" is very frequent and if you open any page of the Aramaic NT and pick any sentence you will almost surely find at least one "d" in that sentence with the meaning of "of".
