Now we have following Peshitta translations:
(Lamsa Peshitto) " ... calling on the name of the Lord."
(Murdock Translation of the Western Peshitto) " ... while thou invokest his name."
(Etheridge Translation of the Western Peshitto) " ... while thou callest his Name."
(Bauscher Translation) " ... while call you His Name."
(Aramaic Bible, Translated by Victor Alexander) " ... while you call out His name."
And Stephen gave his translation:
" ... when call you his name"
It seems clear that it is not possible to translate that ending of (Acts 22:16) from Peshitta to english
" ... by call you His name" (" ... by your calling His name")
Or am I wrong?
