Estrangelo font

If anyone here has the book by Thackston called 'Introduction to Syriac', or has seen, it, could you assist please.....

In his book, he uses a lovely simple and non-calligraphic estrangelo font. Does anyone know where to obtain a font similar to this that is truetype?
