Akhi I just picked up some Abt 12 from Binny's. The really do make it like the original monastery This is just like the original west recipe. Definitely pick some up, it's the best taste.
Up here in the communist land of Illinois it's 13 dollars a bottle. Which is why I started trying to imitate it.
I'm moving to Texas some day. Will start a CoE parish when I get there. It's unlivable up here. <!-- s
