I'm back, sup everyone?
Wow, no way! All the best to you. This was my 2nd try. My first try I had a mark good enough to get in but I wanted to be sure, especially when I planned to take a year off for working anyway (otherwise I couldn't become a registered pharmacist). Like body language GAMSAT is. It's not so much what you know but how you know. Hmmm... To illustrate I spent all last summer studying science for NOTHING. The first time I did GAMSAT I had a big shock, all the answers are right there, you just have to find them the right way. This second time around I had a study partner and we concentrated a lot on non-science stuff and PRACTICE. Vital for speed - and confidence! When I got a practice question right I'd be all "too good mate, too good!" much to the annoyance of my partner hehe. I am used to finishing university exams 0.5-1 hour early and when it comes to GAMSAT we are talking 5 minutes to spare. "Normal people" run out of time easily.

Focus on "low stimuli / high question yield" units. One guy had a whole column of unanswered questions and still got one of the best marks ever. Because what he did answer he answered right.

If you need more tips or whatever feel free to email me. I've got like 3 courses worth of revision notes and tips <!-- sBig Grin --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/happy.gif" alt="Big Grin" title="Happy" /><!-- sBig Grin --> My handy "12 page cheapo GAMSAT notes" have helped many a GAMSAT taker and are almost legendary (well in my mind haha - still someone hugged the crap out of me when I produced them a copy!)
