When Akhan John Marucci says "virtually" the same, of course this doesn't mean "exactly" the same. There are a whole bunch of very minor variants between the eastern and western texts.

See the article by Juckel on Hugoye concerning the Phillipps 1388 manuscript. It's mentioned in the General forum, I believe, in a post by Yuri (yuku).

Also, consult Gwilliam and Pusey's critical edition of the Peshitta (which included 39 western Peshitto manuscripts and 3 eastern Peshitta manuscripts.)
