I'm surprised that all they have is a 'snail mail' address (wish they had an email address)...and the order form is one that you have to print out (the last link at the bottom of the home page). What takes so long for anything that's ordered to finally make it to your address is the bindery work (which is top-notch all the way I might add-very high quality!)
