Mt 11:10, Who translated whom?
#2
Shlama Akhi Valentin,

That blows that Greek primacist theory...for that verse anyway...(but there's no telling how many others there are )
'Kataskeuazo' (GNT) and 'epiblepo' (LXX) sure don't look anything alike and their meanings don't look anything alike either. To say that 'equip' and 'look upon with care' convey the same overall meaning would be quite a stretch coming from just about any language in any dictionary!
Hmmm...GNT 'you' matches PNT 'you'...you don't suppose...no, I won't say it, I'll just let Zorba think it real loud!
