Do you believe "Go away", or "Get behind Me", belongs in Matthew 4:10?
"Go away" is in the Peshitta and in the by-A.D. 175 Diatesseron, and in the txt mss. mentioned below.
Matthew 4:10 (HCSB)
Then Jesus told him,
"Go away,[a: Other mss read _Get behind Me_] Satan!
For it is written:
Worship the Lord your God,
and serve only Him."
As of A.D. 175, that verse had 'go away':
Diatesseron 5:1
Jesus answered and said unto him,
Get thee hence, Satan:
for it is written,
Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God,
and him alone shalt thou serve.
That verse in the original Aramaic of the Peshitta has 'go away':
Matthew 4:10 (Younan)
Then Yeshua said to him,
"Leave Satana [Adversary],
for it is written that,
'thesagud MrYa Allahak [you shall worship Master YHWH your Allaha],
and Him alone thepalukh [you shall serve].'"
