One Precious Pearl
#1
Here is a sketch of a pearl that my wife drew the other day (I made a copy and added the phi spiral to it and this verse from Peshitta Matthew 15)

It was fun to measure this drawing by hand from different orientations and find golden ratio proportions throughout. Nice. The golden ratio spiral is designed to illustrate the greater meaning of the famous tryqy 0dx 0tyngrm (?one precious pearl?) in Matthew 13:45-46.

This is the second parable in Matthew where Yahshua illustrates with the pearl. The first example was in Matthew 7:6, where the wordplay shows that ?pearls = admonishments?:

gregglaser Wrote:Matthew 7:1-5 starts us off with a theme, ?beware judging or admonishing your brother?. But then in Matthew 7:6, the passage changes topic to ?don?t give a holy thing to dogs or pearls to swine?. Where is the segway? Well, let?s start with the Aramaic root word 0tyngrm (translated ?pearls?) in Matthew 7:6. Do you see a play on the Aramaic word 0twnytrm, meaning ?instruction? -- if so, then through wordplay we can find a segway ? the ?pearls? in Matthew 7:6 are admonishments/instructions, which was the precise topic from the previous verse in Matthew 7:5 (admonishing your brother).

Proverbs 25:12, ?A ring of gold, and an ornament of pure gold, is the wise Xky (?reprover?) to an attentive ear.? See also Proverbs 9:7-9; Proverbs 3:12; Revelation 3:19.

Another clue to understand the meaning of the pearl is the second 0ymd in Matthew 13:45-46. It has dual meanings, because you can translate it ?likeness? of the pearl, or translate it to mean that the pearl was precious ?looking?. Now I think there?s a clue in the dichotomy: think of the reflection in the pearl through this word 0ymd. A reflection is instructive, often admonishing.

The wordplays in Matthew 13:45 help confirm the ideas/possibilities described here:
  • ? 0ymd is a wordplay for ?blood of Yah? because the blood of Yahshua is the ultimate admonition/pearl. As an earthly example, note that blood carries our DNA-braid (in the shape of the golden ratio spiral), which represents the possibility of compressing exponentially beyond the famous Planck scale in physics (as we remember that all the parables about heaven here in Matthew 13 involve smallness with hidden growth/value potential).

? Nbz (?sell/exchange?) describes what Yahshua accomplished on the cross, per Revelation 5:9 0hl0l <mdb Jtnbzw tsknt0d (?that you were sacrificed and you exchanged in your blood to Alha?).

? Xk40 (?possible?) is often a wordplay with 0xy4m (?messiah?) because they come from the same root family.

See also the admonishment that is turned around on 0trm (?Martha?) as she complains about her sister Myrm (?Mary?) in Luke 10.

I think the Father wants us to learn to see and measure things from multiple directions (ie. reading right to left; and left to right). We learn about reflection and so much more.

Why did the 0rgt (?merchant?) need to be counseled to sell everything he owns in exchange for admonishment?! Seems like a raw deal, right? Well, I think that the messiah is teaching us optimists something surprising ? admonishments are as valuable (really more valuable) than pearls, just as we read in Psalms 19 and 119 that YHVH?s law and judgments are more precious than gold. And the ?admonishment that is Yahshua on the cross? is tryqy 0dx 0tyngrm (?the one precious pearl?). It is more valuable than everything you own, you wealthy merchant (you, me, anyone) looking for a pearl that allows him to see inside himself.

Conforming to the code/law of Alha is essential for life - it is why ?admonition? is literally essential to understanding the path to the kingdom of heaven in Alha, so you can point your soul toward Alha. The door is (w4y. John 10:9. Note that the four doors to new Jerusalem are made from one pearl. Revelation 21:21.

Love to learn, love your neighbor as yourself, and learn from the wordplay in Matthew that the kingdom of heaven is found through admonishment. For where your treasure is...
