I have the the full collation of the Syriac (SyrP, Khabouris, SyrS) and CPA (CCR, Sin, Vat, Har) texts for Chapter 1 of Mark up here:

Just a few more formatting issues to resolve. <!-- s

I tried to align them with dialectical differences in mind (which was tricky as the collation algorithm didn't always catch cognate phrases, even with tweaking) so where main verbs are collated together, their objects and helping verbs are positionally split, and idioms and clustered rather than broken down word by word.
I'm now tying to figure out an elegant way to include an English translation, but including all of the variants is going to be a real bugbear without a hefty apparatus or some other means to note them. <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s -->
I also am trying to secure a copy of the Harklean that I can use, but we'll see where that goes.
