What I would do, is after I checked each word and each letter in the Khabouris text, against other Eastern Peshitta manuscripts, such as The 1199 (Asahel Grant) and the Mingana Codex, which is a Masora text, I'd then put the text in place (without any scribal errors) in the apparatus section, like you have there in the collation. A note could be given for the correction, which as I have seen so far should be just a few small instances.
Also, do you see that variant in Mark 1:2 there. Notice how the reading in the Khabouris has agreement with all the others versions except the UBS/BSBF text. I have seen that this reading is quite usual when a quotation is given in the text. It seems to be a feature of the Aramaic NT. I'm not sure if it is universal in the Peshitta text, but I have come across it many many times.

Also, I'm curious where the Khabouris text came from, that you used for that collation of Mark's Gospel?

once in digital form. If i have the aramaic text. What is the easiest way to convert it to the Hebrew text instead of the syriac.
hope i used my terms correct but i think others know what I'm asking for.
