INTRODUCTION AND QUESTION
#46
Thirdwoe Wrote:TheTexasRat (Will)

Please read, re-read, and re-read again and again, Chapter 5 of The Apostle Paul's Letter unto The Galatians...in the Peshitta text.
Chuck, Shaul is not my Adon nor Redeemer, Yehoshua is, so I bid you to read MattitYahu 5:17-19 and Loukanus 16:17 just one time through, and then ask yourself of whom are you going to follow - The Anointed One - or - a mere mortal man taken out of context (as Shaul not only walked out Torah but he taught it as well - see: Acts 24:14; Roman 7:7, 25; & Philippians 3:17-19). And once again please refrain from trying to stuff ignorance into my mouth, as you have done in the private messages before, cause I will only spit it right back out. I never said that I sought justification from observing Torah, and I have told you this in private messages that you have instigated to try and get me to stop observing Torah within, so why you come here now and try to re-put that same ignorance back in my mouth once again is of ill will on your part and I regretfully will have to openly rebuke you here for such). I have always said that I observe Torah out of obedience to my Heavenly Father of Whom has my best interest at hand. Not one Word of the Torah is bad or evil - it is good to not only meditate upon night and day but it is beneficial to walk in as well (as Brother Paul pointed out about circumcision earlier). The Torah never was intended to bring Salvation/Redemption from the fall of man into sin, it was and is still simply a set of instruction in which to live a set-apart life within the Kingdom of YHWH while awaiting, through trust, for one's Salvation wrought by The Anointed One. Since Abraham we who trust YHWH are awaiting His Redeemer to come and resurrect us unto life and that more abundant.

Any way we could go back and forth on this issue over and over again, but being this is not the topic of this thread I would like to encourage every one to get this thread back on track and stop trying to proselytize me. I by no means was trying to proselytize anyone here, as some are now, as I simply answered but answered a question I was asked personally. So again let us no longer hijack this thread any farther. If someone wants to preach their understanding of Salvation/Redemption, or what they think Obediance to YHWH entails now a days then let them start a thread in the appropriate category (PLEASE). And so I do not have to rewrite every thing over again if anyone is still curious as to what I think on this matter please visit the following URL and if you have any comments or questions please private message me as not to over clutter this thread any more than it has been. http://thetexasrat.webstarts.com/set_apart_days.html

And mcarmichael, if you send me a private message about the weather I will be more than glad to swap stories with you upon the matter, awmayn.

Will,

You just broke Torah there, and when you break one small point of it, you break it all. That was a lie, bearing false witness against me, as I have never told you to stop observing Torah.

And, if you notice, you don't keep all of Torah, Will. Just those parts of Torah which still applies today under The New and Better Covenant.

There is much that you don't keep of Torah, that you would have had to keep if the former covenant was still in force. It isn't. It has been replaced, long ago...

Glory to God.

You say I lied I say you are lying. But now it's not be the first time you instigate stuff and than denied it and tried to lay the blame on me.

DUURRRRRRRRR! No one, not even the sinless Anointed Yehoshua, ever keep the whole Torah. For one I am not a Laywee preist, nor am I a woman so a lot never could apply to me and some of it is time sensitive which was before my time. But Every word of it is good whether you like it or not. Oh and by the way here you go again trying to make me out to have said that one has to observe every bit of Torah that was ever written. I said every word written is good and beneficial. So again it would do you good to keep you implying false accusation in you head and stop letting them leak out that hole in the lower front portion of your head - if you don't mind! Anytime one makes false accusations you know their motives are not right - right?

I know I'm not a moderator, but we probably need to get off the theological debate. I don't want anyone getting in trouble if things get real heated!

Quote:What were we talking about? Wasn't it another Interlinear translation? How many are there?

I count these so far, The Way International's Interlinear, based on 4 5th/6th century manuscripts, available only through them directly, Paul Younan's Interlinear which is still in progress, from Matthew thru Acts 16, based on the UBS critical text, with the important Eastern readings switched out, published online here, and available in printed form at Aramaicbooks.com, Janet Magiera's vertical interlinear, based on the UBS critical text and the Way International's text. And David Bauscher's Interlinear, based on the UBS critical text.

Also, while not being regular Interlinear s, Joseph Pashka has sort of an interlinear, based on the UBS text with some Eastern Peshitta readings switched out, where he has the Aramaic text given above his straight translation. Andrew Roth has a side by side interlinear, but the English text does not always match up with what is found in the Aramaic text on the facing page, as his English version is an edit of Paul Younan Interlinear English renderings, and James Murdock's translation, and his Aramaic text is based on the UBS, with the important Eastern Peshitta readings switched out. Murdock didn't translate from the UBS critical text, since it wasn't produced during his lifetime.

If someone knows of others, please let us know.
