no, actually, the PDF you share is wrong.
first off, this is Yeshua speaking, not His Jewish brothers. the context is very clear, and the grammar of the sentence demands that this is Yeshua speaking. the word LAHUN actually means "to them." it is very clear.
secondly, the ninth word down in the list in PDF that says it means "assembly or church" is wrong. it is the word "that before." the word for "church" looks similar, but has not lamadh, but rather, a Taw. so the text says nothing about a church at all.
thirdly, the tenth word in the list in the PDF is NEWE', and doesn't mean "seduce" at all.
i'm not sure where this came from, but the PDF is flat out wrong. it is the mistranslation of the bunch. don't worry - there is no error in the majority of the translations of the Peshitta in this verse.
