Shlama,
I come from a theological tradition that sings the psalms exclusively in the worship of God (all 150 of them). I have been trying to search for an audio version of the Psalms set to music in the Aramaic but have come up empty handed. Is there any audiable versions of the Psalms in Aramaic that is the straight Psalms without additions and paraphrases set to musical notations? Does not the Church of the East not use a Psalter for congregational singing? I found on Youtube the Lord's Prayer in music form in Aramaic that was breathtaking and would love to find the same kind of music for the Psalms.. It is also a great way to help learn the language....
Anyone know?
Blessings,
Michael
