Ephesians...not written in Greek?
#16
Eph 1:18 is not a very strong point and if very later on understanding was translated instead of 'heart' that still points to a semitic original. It is simple not a Greek way of thinking that the heart is the seat of wisdom and emotions.

There is always a 'but' because a pure Greek primacist would say that Jews spoke and wrote Greek but thought in semitic ways.
So, if you don't like this sample, there are sufficent other samples that point to an Aramaic original simply because the Greek translation is erred because of a misreading for example.
