Based on what I have read from Andrew in the past, it seems to be his belief that this type of verse is speaking of those who are trying to keep the Law, who are being judged by those who do not...those who are called "anti-nomian" by those who believe they are keeping the Law.

I have even read the term "Christo-Pagan"...referring to Christians that do not hold to the Netzari beliefs. Which I say is a terrible term.
