1 Corinthians 16:24 missing 'amen'
#1
Hi All,

I've noticed that the Khabouris ends with 'Amen' as the most translations do, but the Peshitta tool, which is using the UBS, misses 'Amen'. Is this a transcription error? Or is the UBS source, really missing 'amen'?

Shlama Akhi:
In my original transcription PDF, which you can download at http://www.dukhrana.com, (Khabouris Page) the blue Amen means that it exists in the Khabouris, but not in the UBS. Amen also appears in the Syriac 148/Mingana Codex as the last word of I Corinthians, at the end of verse 16:24.

Shlama,
Stephen
