Books from our church fathers

I wonder where you can get books of our church fathers. Do we have a library where all books are available? Many times you read about books that should exist, but you never know where to find them.

I would like some books of:
Mar Narsai, liturgy and expositions of the Holy Bible
Mar Aprem malpana raba, exposition of genesis and other books
Aphrahat

And other bible commentaries by the fathers of the church. Language neo-assyrian, english and even arabic.
