Lamsa' s Translations:
Deuteronomy 32: 35 "To me belongs vengeance, and I will recompense them...."
Psalm 94:1 "O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongs...."
Romans 12:19 "...for it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will execute justice for you, said the Lord."
These seem consistent to me.
