Question about 1 Peter 5:13
#16
Max out the credit cards, it would really be so funny if it wasn't so sad I HATE how such people are taking advantage of millions, but then again I have trouble feeling sorry with people who are blatantly ignorant and refuse to acknowledge that these prophecies were penned by ancient Jews not 20th/21st century Americans and therefore make no effort to try and "see" these things from the prophet's perspective.

For timing, I'm wise enough to know that it's futile to even go there. I do believe that we probably won't see the turn of the next century but beyond I won't even attempt to speculate, Yeshua made it clear that "no man knows" and that (IMO) includes preterists who claim the "day" and the "hour" already came. I believe Yeshua literally meant NO man.

It's an interesting discussion, and as much as I'd like to jump in with my views on it, this forum isn't really the place for it. I'll just give you 2 tips: Waters & Mountains, you unlock those 2 symbols and you'll unlock everything.

Nope you guessed wrong you'll find the answer for what a mountain symbolizes in Daniel 2. And yes I do believe that she sits on large bodies of water, see Isaiah 21:1. And compare with Rev 17:3.

I'll compile a study for you if you like, just PM me your email address. But I must warn to you it'll be exhaustive with Tanakh quotes, there's not 1 verse in that entire prophecy that doesn't allude to at least 1 Tanakh passage. Next time you study Rev 17:1-19:5 make sure you got the prophets (Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Nahum) with you, or if you have e-sword, keep the Bible pane & commentary pane (Treasury of Scripture Knowledge module) open.
