No doubt there are many "errors" in the Peshitta OT as there are in the massoretic OT or the LXX.
The peshitta OT is an entirely different collection of books than the Peshitta NT.
The origin of the Peshitta NT is the apostles.
The origin of the Peshitta OT is very obscure. It just happens that aramaic speaking believers who used the Peshitta NT used an Aramaic version of the OT. This version is the POT, but this does not mean it can be compared with the PNT in every way.
They both just happen to be written in Aramaic.
