Which translation of the Peshitta is best?

There is no translation that is perfect. If you read Hebrew then probably you can get The New Covenant Commonly Called the New Testament: Peshitta Aramaic Text With a Hebrew Translation by Aramaic Scriptures Research Society in Israel. It is not available at Amazon. Probably this the the "perfect" translation because Hebrew is related to Aramaic. This is my personal favorite. I specially ordered it from the Bible Society. That was before dot com era. It is no longer available at Amazon. However, you can get it from Dean Dana's web site as his site is specializing in Aramaic books:
