Every eastern and western copy I've checked read "leaven." ("khmeera")
Of the manuscripts listed by Norton, the only one I can positively identify as eastern is the "Ooroomiah" because that is the town in Iran where Lamsa was born (definitely Persian.)
Does Norton give any indication which manuscript it is that reads "unleavened?"
