Hello Thirdwoe,
I recommend William Norton's translation (From Romans to 1 John) for seventeen books. He studied Peshitta and Peshitto for his translation. But he calls both Eastern and Western manuscripts Peshitto, because Peshitto was the common word used for both Peshitta and Peshitto manuscripts. But Ooromiah Edition he used is Peshitta. It shows the difference between Peshitta and Peshitto. And I believe he favors Peshitta over Peshitto.

Here is his first book. This book contains translations from Hebrews to 1 John. This books also mentions about the valuable history of Peshitta.

Here is Norton's second book. Here is the link.

Click on PDF on the right side to download the book. This book contains translations from Romans to Philemon.

At the end of each book, there is an end commentary. Here is an example - "Finished is the second letter of Thessaloneans, which was written from Laodicea of Pisidia, and was sent by the hands of Tychicus." According to Paul Younan, these end commentaries aren't in early Peshitta and early Peshitto manuscripts. They were added in later Peshitta and Peshitto manuscripts. So you can avoid these end commentaries. I believe Norton only had access to later manuscripts. But I must say his translation is absolutely great. The only difference between early Peshitta and later Peshitta is these end commentaries at the end of each book.

Laurence. L Sheets and I did organize some parts of the Paul Younan's interlinear translation of Peshitta.
I don't know if you downloaded this file. But here is a link.

This file has all chapters of Matthew and Mark (first 11 chapters and 16th chapter). But I didn't get a chance to finish Mark. After around 50 seconds waiting, you can click on regular download.
