I figured (more or less) that 'Abdin' would be the phonetic translation of the book 'Acts' in the NT.

Is this right?

Are you asking what word is used in the Peshitta for "Acts" as in the "Acts of the Apostles" or are you asking what is the best Aramaic translation for the word "Acts"?

'abdin means "servants". The form of the word is in the absolute plural state.

Ok, thank you! I'm asking for the correct Aramaic translation of the word for 'Acts of the Apostles' (indeed)
