Ending of Acts 22:16

I read in the Peshitta today that in Acts 2:38 (Younan's interlinear) where Keefa on the day of Pentecost told his audience, "Repent and each of you be baptized in the Name of Y'shua Messiah SO THAT you will recieve the Gift of the SP. of Holiness." (My paraphrase of Aramaic NT).

Murdock read Acts 2:38 almost as the same quote in Acts 2:38 above. But Etheridge translates it this way: "Repent and each of you be baptized in the Name of Y'shua Messiah AND YOU will Recieve the Gift of the SP. of Holiness."

And here from Bauscher Interlinear Translation (Acts 2:38b):

" ... for the release from sin that you may receive the gift of The Spirit of Holiness"
