It seems that the people of Beith Nahren are destined to be thrown out of their countries and homes.
Take for example in Lebanon before the 1975 war, Christians were 70% of the population, and now they're 40% of the population; worldwide (including Lebanon) they are 3 times the population size of
Non-Christians.
The benefit of leaving our homeland is a double edged sword. When we make it to Western countries we feel a sense of safety and security, but at the same time we begin to assimilate into western cultures which destroys our identity and heritage.
Each time I read about the horrific incidents that are happening in Iraq, I'm left speechless at the barbarism of these criminals.
