Since first participating in this forum I have been fascinated to learn about the COE and it's history,although if the truth be known I do not know a lot.
Anyway, in the course of participating on another forum I was alerted to the establishment of theowiki.I suggested that they include a section on the COE and was subsequently invited to pen one in due course.
Problem is I really need help with this.
