I don't know that anyone has ever done anything like this before. In order to test Targums and LXX for NT quotes, there would need to be independent searches of each text for certain phrases, with results tabulated.
I would love to get hold of the Peshitta OT in an electronic edition. I have yet to find one. That I could test against the Hebrew OT and LXX very easily , if it were incorporated into a Bible search engine like Online Bible.
My study involves a straightforward comparison of different parallel versions of Old & New Testaments and a one word search in each for each word group or pair.
