In Marks gospel, is the word euaggelion transliterated in the beginning of Mark and translated at other times?
If so why?

Yes, in the beginning of Mark's Gospel, this Greek loan-word in Aramaic is found once - although in the heavily Aramaicized form "Ewan-galee-yon".
All other references in Mark's Gospel, including Meshikha's original Aramaic words, the native Aramaic "Sebartha" ("hope") is used (c.f. 8:35, 10:29, 13:10, 14:9, 16:15).
As to why the Greek loan-word is in verse 1, Greek (and other) loan-words have existed in Aramaic since 500 B.C. (and, vice-versa.)

Good news or Hope (Sebartha)?
What about the title of other Gospels?
