Aramaic for "Web/Internet links"? - Craig - 12-07-2003

Does modern Aramaic have words for "Web links" or "Internet links"? If so, a transliteration would be quite helpful to me.

That's a good question... "Internet," I'd guess would be "Gardo d-`Almo" (as close as I can get to "World Wide Web" without sounding funny) or something like that. I don't know of a word that would be appropriate for "link" though.

So "Garda (Web) d'(of)Alma (the World)" in eastern Aramaic?
