Shlama Akhi Nyudraa:
I have the Reuben Alcalay Hebrew-English Dictionary. Hebrew to English and English to Hebrew in three volumes. If on the other hand you are looking for the Strong's Exhaustive Concordance to the Bible, it uses the KJV as its source for every English word in the Bible. The back of the Strong's Exhaustive Concordance to the Bible contains a Hebrew-Aramaic Lexicon and a Greek Lexicon. Neither is truly complete or exhaustive. I hope this is of some help to you.
