Hello Everyone,
Dr. Samuel Lee's book contains three manuscripts. The three manuscripts are 1) one brought from India by Buchanan 2) one belonging to Dr. Adam Clarke 3) a Pentateuch belonging to a college Library in Oxford. The manuscript brought from India in this book was used later by William Norton for his 2 books. This book is available here to download.

I also want to add this information - I think the Peshitto manuscript (in this book) from India was used by Murdock for his translation of Peshitto.
