What does it means in this Aramaic Song? - Havah - 09-09-2009

Shlama!

I've listened to an Aramaic Song recently
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bA69uz2dCKI
It is an Aramaic Song of Syriac Orthodox Christians. It has good melody.
Does anyone knows the meaning of the lyric in this song?
Is it a part of prayer in Jacobite liturgy?

Every time I listen to it, the song gives me good feeling. <!-- s:biggrin: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/biggrin.gif" alt=":biggrin:" title="Big Grin" /><!-- s:biggrin: -->

shlomo Havah,

I know the first part of the clip, which is usually said when welcoming a Bishop. This hymn is the same in all the Western Syriac Churches, but I don't think it is used in the Eastern Syriac Churches.
(The only difference between the Syriac Maronite's version and the other Syriac Churches' version, is that at the end of the hymn we add "your prayer be with us")
This clip is hymned in the style of the Syriac Orthodox Church.

Hymn:
to bashlom ro'yo shareero wamdabrono hakeemo. shetesto d'eeto akh fetros walfawlos domet koolokh. aho whabro danbeeye wbar teghmo tub dashleehe. tanono akh eeleeyo wabthoolo akh yoohanon. toobo l'eeto dqabeltokh

Come in peace Oh! true shepherd and wise guide. You are the foundation of the Church like Peter and Paul. Brother and friend of the Prophets and companion of the Apostles. zelaous like Elijah and a virgin like John. Blessed is the Church that received you.

I hope this helps!
