Just curious.
You can save a PDF copy right from Google Books, instead of reading the book online. Look for the link on the main page of any title. Perhaps the link is only visible from within US IP addresses, though.

I have the book titled "The Aramaic Old Testament" published by Wipf and Stock, but the print is very small and difficult to read. If anyone could find an online version of this, or maybe even a better hard copy of the Peshitta OT, it would be VERY appreciated.

I agree, the text in the Tanakh published by Wipf & Stock is so tiny and some of the passages are missing from the original plates that were used. I'm in a very slow process of re-scanning this particular edition with much larger letters, but the quality is still not what I'm wanting it to be, but it will hopefully still be better than the currently published one.
